Rani & Sultana are two thick friends. They are smart & daring, who not only help the needy to fight injustice but when the opportunity comes they do not mind playing as tricksters & commit thefts. Inspector Karan is out to catch them. Rani is smart enough and instead steals Karan's heart and falls in love with him.

However, both Rani & Sultana have one goal in life to take revenge from their respective enemies. Rani is on the lookout for four criminals who had murdered her father Justice Pratap Sinha.
